Food is always great, Try it out you'll love it. I usually get the Oxtail rice and peas, which I love. But they sent me a text telling me about there new Rasta Pasta, oxtail Alfredo pasta. It was just as great. And the young lady that took order was beautiful, informative, and kind, they always are. Try them out, you won't be disappointed.

We have driven by here several times when in town but decided to try it today. I'm so glad we did stop, but sad we missed out before. The building is brightly decorated and very fun. Walking inside, we were immediately greeted. Once we sat down, Breyana came over to greet us again, and she was so friendly and helpful. I decided to try the Island Mango Tropical Rhythms drink. It comes in the bottle and was very good. For our food, I decided to try the mini oxtails that also came with cabbage and rice and peas. My wife chose the jerk pork which came with the same sides. We also got a side of plantains and ordered the loaded fries with jerk chicken on it. Everything deserved a higher score than I could give it. We will definitely come back again, and we will ask for Breyana if she is there.

Listen. I’m a white girl. Real white most of the time. I was a little nervous to try Gud Vybz Jamaican Grill, pensacola Blvd only because I’ve never had it. But I’ve had Cuban and Puerto Rican, and I knew the flavors would have some overlap. So when Charity C Jnsn suggested it, I decided to give it a go. We literally didn’t have anything we didn’t love. We didn’t originally order the Beef Patty, but we were so hungry and she brought out fresh ones, so we gave it a go. The pastry was flaky and flavorful and the meat filling had a spice that built and was so tender. The fish bites were a mystery, and we honestly still have no idea what was in them but we loved them, too. The banana fritters were one of my FAVS, and I will 10/10 get those every single time. Charity got the curry goat and curry chicken with the vegetables and the white rice with peas, and she loved it! I got the jerk chicken and jerk pork with white rice. Both meats were great, but that pork was to die for! If you haven’t gone, please do. They are incredibly lovely people and were very patient with all of our questions. By the way, they don’t have tartar sauce and you don’t need it.

my friends came in from Texas and I took them to the restaurant for lunch. They were very impressed. One had the oxtails meal. The other had the jerk chicken and I had the curried go. The food was delicious as always, and my friends were very pleased that I chose that restaurant on their first visit to Florida. Thank you for the continued great service provided, and quality food.

First off my first impression of the building was spot on with what I feel when I see a Jamaican restaurant. The colors the art is all amazing. I knew from the outside of the building that this food is about to slam. I went into the restaurant and was greeted with a big smile by Georgiana (I may have misspelled sorry). I read the menu and of course went with the oxtails and jerk chicken tacos. 30min wait time until I got my food which is fine. Georgiana offered me food and drink while I waited which was really good . I ordered an extra patty to hold me over until I get my entree. The food was AMAZING!!!! The oxtail were so tender I could eat them with my fork alone. The cabbage awesome, the rice and peas were very moist and sticky just like I like it. I would suggest some stickers or some type of labeling for the food when you hand it to your customers. This allows everyone to smell and see your food and knows exactly where it came from. Great service and greater food !!!
